An intelligent security and monitoring system that includes everything from electronic access systems and fire alarms to CCTV surveillance and street-level panic buttons.
The parking management system will ensure that reserved parking slots are not encroached upon. There will be separate parking areas for visitors.
In addition to a steady supply of water from government agencies and nearby natural sources, the city will implement rainwater harvesting, maintain the water- table to ensure sustainability, and reuse water for landscaping and other purposes. To ensure near uninterrupted and stable power supply, the city has entered into an agreement with MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.). The city will also use smart prepaid meters that will allow residents to monitor their electricity usage, tariff, and get alerts. Almost 10% of the electricity for PalavaÔÇÖs public spaces will be generated through solar power.
To reduce the amount of waste dumped in landfills, Palava will reuse at least 80% of all household and city waste. Separate bins for recyclable and non-recyclable waste. House This Review

The latest project launched by the Lodha Group, the Lodha Palava City, has caught everyone's eye. Located in the heart of the city, the project factors in the best that today has to offer for the people of tomorrow. Every aspect of Palava has been benchmarked based on global criteria, which includes business environment, excellent educational facilities, the quality of public spaces, technological solutions, healthcare facilities, safety, and connectivity.

Deliberately situated at the intersection of Navi Mumbai and Dombivali, Palava has all the potential to become a major private sector project that will contribute considerably to the development of urban India.
